How did this all start?
Well, back in 2020 when the world went crazy, a group of us were screaming pretty loud that we need food and we need it for a good price. Although screaming (internally of course) didn't actually cause food to fall into our laps, it led us to a path where we were told. "if you want those demands, then just gather a few thousand of your closest friends and buy food by the truckload wholesale"
And now here we are.
Granted it wasn't that simple as we had many licenses, laws, legal storage, warehousing, trucks, logistics, and about 400 other steps to make it happen. But while we did that, you all grew the community to what we needed to pull this passion project off.
The rest is history, except that we are making history everyday by changing more and more lives of those that discover this super cool community of fellow-like-minded foodies, the incredible food options, the savings, the elevated lifestyles in both diet and more $$ in wallets to do whatever you want and so much more.
We started off just in Utah with 4 pickup locations.
Today, we have thousands that participate across Utah, Idaho and Wyoming with 30 pickup spots (adding 1-3 more monthly!) and 5 counties in Utah that also can get home delivery.
It's pretty amazing how a refusal to accept that families were limited in 2 lbs of protein per shopping trip during a crisis blossomed into something much bigger and better.
We knew the food was out there (in fact, there was a surplus being dumped by the millions of lbs) and so we figured out how to bypass the retail chain and middle-men and in the process solved many problems beyond what a pandemic revealed.
Necessity is the mother of invention...and now it's sheer blessing and fun to buy food as a result.
