This is a special offer that with limited quantity and exclusive for our community and can be only purchased through our our co-op! She treats all of her herd with special love and care just over the border in south east Idaho.

We personally talk to Lori Anne regularly and the passion, love and joy she gets from raising this amazing beef means that co-op cows are truly the happy cows!


*Each box will approximately contain 10 lbs. of local grass-fed ground beef and 10 lbs. mixed of the following various cuts: beef tenderloin, rib eye, New York, flank, flat iron, skirt, top sirloin steak, cube steak, tri -tip, london eye, brisket, sirloin tip, chuck roast, short rib, boneless short rib, stew, hanger steak.

No 2 boxes will ever be the same. In an effort to use every part of the cow and not be wasteful, each 20lb box includes a mixture of random cuts and every box gets high-end steaks, mid-level steaks, and roasts to where each box has a similar value and then sold at co-op, direct pricing to save big bucks overall!
